They just took her back to surgery, and handing her off to the nurse
was the WORST FEELING EVER!!! No mother should ever have to go
through this.

The surgery should last 1 to 2 hours and then an hour in recovery
without us. After that we all 3 go to a room together and spend the
night.

While the staff is wonderful, the hospital itself is very run down and
in bad shape. The pre-op room we were in didn't have any hand soap or
toilet paper in the bathroom!!

Ok, we're going to find something to eat while we wait.
